How long after request will it take to receive my free website design?
You will receive your customised and tailored website within 3 days of enquiry/ request, we strive to have it ready within 2 days, but depending on client volume this could be extended to 3 at a maximum.
What's the catch?
There is no catch at all! We build you a website tailored and customised to your business with no upfront fee or costs, if you're happy with the site and service, there is a monthly fee after you've confirmed you're happy to go ahead with us and work alongside us.
What if i need to make an adjustment or add a new feature?
With monthly cost, comes monthly service! All edits and additions to your site are handled by us, so you can focus on the other aspects of your company, all you have to do is send us an email or call us, telling our team what you would like edited, removed, added, or changed, and we will fulfill this request in 1-4 days depending on request size and volume.
How do I request a free website design for my company?

Required: Company name, location, logo, contact details, any other requested details (depending on company industry, e.g. Hospitality, menu required)

How do your monthly payments work?
With DSWeb Design, we aim to make your experience as easy-going and hassle free as possible. For payments, we use GoContactless as our payment provider. To set up your payments, we will send you a link directly to our page, where all you will need to do is make a simple account with GoContactless, and confirm you're happy to sign up to that payment price and frequency.
